We are an established water treatment company who specialise in the supply and service of plant and equipment, we started working with Jim Scott in July last year and worked with him for 5 months. We selected Jim out of the other training providers as he is very enthusiastic and has a lot of experience in the area we were looking at and above all we liked him.

We had some idea of what we wanted to achieve before we saw Jim but we were not sure how to go about it, Jim helped us sort out a marketing plan which had an exact timetable of actions which were realistic for us and the time we had available. To summarise, we have had a difficult year as a company and without Jim's help we would be struggling at this point and although the market we are working in is slow we are now set up properly to market our company effectively, also Jim helped us with other areas of the business which were not part of his training. He always turns up when he says he will and comes back to you in the timescale promised.

I don't think we could sing his praises enough we used to look forward to his visits because his attitude is so positive and because the visits were prebooked in it made us complete each task ready for his next visit. 

But, on another note he provides the training, you have to commit to putting the work in!!

Our business has improved so much since our first meeting I look forward to seeing what we can do in the future.
